*All interest rates are variable and subject to change on a daily basis.
**Federal regulations limit you to no more than six withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours, or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, or online, or telephone order or instruction, or by check, draft, debit card, internet purchase, or similar order to a third party.  If you exceed the transfer limitations set forth above in any statement period, your account will be subject to closure by the financial institution.  We reserve the right at any time to require not less than 7 days notice in writing before any withdrawal from an interest bearing account.
***ATM transactions at Bank of Choice locations are free. ATM withdrawals at other bank ATM's are not charged an ATM charge by Bank of Choice; however, other banks may levy a surcharge for use of their ATM's.
****Normal non-sufficient funds or overdraft charges apply: $31.00 for each item that would create an overdraft on your account. In addition, we will charge your account a $3.00 fee for every calendar day your account is overdrawn after three (3) days. Transactions that may cause or create overdrafts include: checks, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals, or other electronic means. The amount of any overdrafts, including subsequent fees, shall be due and payable immediately. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary, and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have too many overdrafts.
